Orders and pricing
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free to the contiguous United States.
- We may change prices or products at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
- If a product is priced or listed in error, or we can’t make your order, we’ll contact you and refund anything you’ve paid.
Personalization
- We make personalized items exactly as you enter them, so please check spelling, capitalization, colors and options before you order. We’re not responsible for mistakes in what you enter.
- If something you’ve entered looks like it might be a mistake, we may contact you before we start.
- By uploading a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We won’t reproduce content that’s hateful, obscene, or that we believe infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright, and we’ll refund any order we decline for that reason.
Handmade materials
Leather and wood are natural materials, so grain, color and markings vary from piece to piece and from our photos. Colors can also look different on different screens. 3D-printed pieces can show small layer lines. None of these are defects.

Custom projects
Custom projects are quoted individually. The price, details and timeline in your quote, once you approve it, are part of your order.
Reviews
If you leave a review, you let us display it on our site. We may remove reviews that are spam, off-topic, abusive or that share someone’s personal information.
Our content
The photos, text, product designs and graphics on this site belong to Olsen Creations. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission. Anything you upload for your own order stays yours; you only give us permission to use it to make that order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
